“One day, or day one?”
Andy cemented his passion for health and fitness after being able to represent the Victorian team at the National Powerlifting Championships in 2022. He knew straight away that he wanted to help likeminded individuals work towards becoming the best version of themselves. As a personal trainer, his client success is his own success, and he can’t think of anything more fulfilling than seeing his clients progress towards their goals.
As a powerlifter and a sport science graduate, Andy’s training is all about developing technical proficiency as a foundation and utilising sport science literature to achieve the best training outcomes, maximise performance and reduce injury risk. A sessions with Andy revolves around integrating this training philosophy with individualised programming for sustainable and long-term progression, ensuring each session is better than the last.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Andy says to remember that a journey of thousand miles begins with a single step. Taking that single step will turn what might seem like an insurmountable journey into a work in progress, bringing you one necessary step closer to achieving any dreams and aspirations you might have.
