Craig has loved fitness since day dot and wanted to combine his passion for health and fitness with his enjoyment of helping people, so he decided to become a trainer. He now enjoys being able to support members to achieve their goals and make a positive difference in their lives.
For those looking to kick start their fitness journey, Craig says to break down what you want to achieve and record your journey so that you can watch your progress. By ensuring you are doing it for yourself, you won’t give up as easily.
Craig likes to focus on strength when training his clients and enjoys incorporating weight training to build muscle and strength efficiently.
When not at the gym, you can find Craig playing football, enjoying a round of golf, or spending some downtime at a winery.
