“Movement is medicine.”
From day one, Chad has been passionate about sports of all genres. As an adult, he transitioned his love for keeping fit and healthy into a gym environment. Chad says he loves being a personal trainer so that he is able to be the person there for his clients when they don’t believe in themselves, to help them achieve their goals.
If you’re thinking about kickstarting your own fitness journey, Chad says to remember that movement is medicine, and any movement (big or small) will help you both function and feel better.
Chad likes to work together with his clients across a range of training styles, including building strength, stretching, mobility, rehab and conditioning.
Outside of the gym, Chad is a keen runner, and has run over 30 half and full marathons, as well as 4 ultramarathons.
