“Everybody starts at day one.”

John first joined a gym at age 17 after admiring the health and fitness of a friend. He asked to be his gym buddy and has been training ever since. Over the years John has accumulated a vast knowledge of what does and doesn’t work and decided that he could put that knowledge to use by helping others in their fitness journey.

His advice for those about to begin their fitness journey is to just start. Whether it be a walk around the block, or getting a personal trainer at your local gym, everybody must start from day one.

John’s training style is focused on strength training, whilst still maintaining mobility and being functional.

In his time off John enjoys getting outdoors, and loves motorcycle racing, camping, and fishing.
