Dan started training young to build muscle and strength, but it quickly became more than just physical – it gave him confidence, discipline, and a drive to push for more. While working full-time in corporate sales, he studied to earn his fitness qualifications and later joined the military, where fitness helped him meet intense physical demands. Now, it’s a non-negotiable part of Dan’s life, and becoming a PT was the natural next step! He loves helping his clients transform all aspects of their lives through fitness. 

To those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, Dan says just start! Don’t wait for a perfect time. Stay consistent, trust the process and results will follow! 

Dan’s training style is tailored to each client’s unique goals, whether it’s building muscle, improving strength, or boosting endurance. Every session is purposeful, structured, and designed to push them toward their full potential. 

When not at the gym, you can find Dan spending time with family and friends, playing his guitar or exploring beautiful parts of the world.
