Chester was always physically active growing up and decided to turn his passion for health and fitness into a career. Chester loves educating others on the importance of active living for a fulfilled life and gets great joy from seeing his clients reach their goals.
For those thinking about getting started on their own fitness journey, Chester recommends finding your ‘why’. Use your reasons why to help overcome any physical and mental obstacles that you may come across in your fitness journey.
Chester applies an evidence-based approach to create programs based on a client’s individual goals, whether that’s rehabilitation from specific injuries and conditions, or general fitness goals such as fat loss, muscle gain, or improved sports performance.
Chester is a big nature and animal lover, and when he’s not in the gym you’ll find him collecting terrestrial and aquatic plants.
