“It won’t always be easy, but it’ll be worth it.”

Darren was involved in martial arts and boxing from a young age, which taught him discipline and the value of dedication in achieving a long-term goal. After spending a lot of his leisure time in gyms, he decided to turn his passion into his profession.

For those new to fitness, Darren’s advice is that it won’t always be easy, but it’ll be worth it. There will be days when you will feel anything but enthused and motivated. These are the days that will distinguish the successful from the ‘almosts’.

Darren believes in the need to challenge the body regularly to learn the true extent of a person’s capabilities and creates training programs based on the individual needs of his clients.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find Darren enjoying martial arts, military history, comedy, and spending time with his dog.
