Fitness was always a part of Holly’s life as a dancer, however, when lockdowns hit during the pandemic Holly looked to other forms of exercise to keep her fitness up. Holly began researching online to learn more about fitness and the gym so that when restrictions ended, she could get straight into lifting weights. She quickly fell in love with the process and found herself excited to share her knowledge with those around her. As a trainer, Holly loves being able to help others have a positive and well-informed fitness journey. She also enjoys being able to help others look and feel their best!

To those who want to start their fitness journey, Holly recommends finding a type of exercise that you enjoy, getting out of your comfort zone, and exercising patience. Holly understands that the gym can be a scary place for a beginner but reminds us that everyone is focusing on themselves so you should just take that first step, you won’t regret it!

Holly caters each session to her client’s needs and works closely with them to form a healthy and long-lasting relationship with the gym. Holly works with her clients to achieve their specific goals through resistance training, creating not only a strong body but a strong mind!

When Holly isn’t training, she’s either dancing or drawing!
