Nik was always an active kid, competing in Athletics and Karate nationally. He later tried out the gym and found his real passion for fitness. Nik now loves helping others succeed on their own fitness journeys and reach their goals.
If you’re new to the gym, Nik recommends talking to a personal trainer to take the stress out of starting. Finding a friend to work out with is also a great motivator.
Nik’s training style focuses on the correct exercise selection to complement his clients’ goals – whether that’s strength, mobility, endurance, or hypertrophy.
Nik’s hobbies outside of the gym include karate, surfing, camping, and spending time outdoors.
