“Set yourself goals!”
When Daniel first started his fitness journey, he was not confident internally or externally. As his training progressed and he began to see a transformation in the mirror, he also began to feel the impact on the person he was becoming. He felt like he had more power to improve other areas of his life and wanted to inspire others to do the same. As a trainer, he feels that he has refined his craft to allow his clients to get the most value out of the time and effort they put into the gym.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Daniel recommends setting some learning goals before you begin setting your outcome goals. He reminds us that you can learn a lot about how your body works and how to make progressing in the gym easier, which will lead you to your outcome goals and even further!
Daniel’s training style is education based. He has found that when you focus on building up knowledge, you will get much better results long term.
When not at the gym, Daniel is interested in history, politics, and fake wrestling.
