“Focus on how you feel”
After going through his own fitness journey, Tim realised his motivation to help others find the purpose of fitness and health in their lives. Tim found that having his own coach allowed him to set up a routine that really kick-started his own journey, and now wants to be able to spread this knowledge with others so that they can do the same. As a trainer, Tim enjoys investing his time and energy into his clients to not only see them achieve their goals, but also to build a community.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Tim says to not be so hard on yourself. He preaches that it’s far more important to focus on how you feel, and not at all on how you look.
Tim’s training style is focused on his clients’ needs and providing personalised, effective plans.
When not at the gym, you’ll find Tim training for powerlifting, or occasionally going out for urban skate nights.
