Fitness has always been a big part of Shane’s life, and he realised at a young age that he wanted to have a career that focused on something he was passionate about. Shane now has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and loves helping people improve their quality of life.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Shane believes that it is important to set clear, detailed, and emotional goals as this will keep you on track to stay focused and consistent. He also preaches that you will never stop learning, and to be open to gaining new knowledge at every step of your journey.
Shane’s training style is tailored to his clients’ goals and personality. His main focus is on what his client wants and making sure they get it while having a laugh at the same time.
When not training his clients, you can find Shane going for walks, playing video games, or going on adventures.
