After setting foot in the gym for the first time whilst at university with a bunch of friends, Sam never wanted to leave. Looking back, he says that fitness becoming a part of his life led him to become a better person in so many ways; not only physically but mentally as well. Sam naturally wanted to share these benefits with others and now loves helping people achieve things they never thought they could and seeing how training positively impacts all areas of their lives.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Sam says to learn what works for you, not everyone else. Everyone is unique, and the sooner you learn that, the easier your journey will be!

Sam likes to address the fundamentals first with each client – using a mix of training styles to find the best individual approach – with an end goal of helping them gain better movement, optimise performance, reduce injury and transform their bodies while teaching them how to maintain long-term results.

Sam’s hobbies outside of the gym revolve around travel and photography, so you might see him around with a camera in hand!

I sneeze every time I eat dark chocolate…. although that’s more of a weird reaction than a talent!

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
An ant so that I could lift 50x my own bodyweight
