Aiden’s passion for fitness began with his own journey to improve his health, confidence and overall wellbeing. Experiencing the positive impact training had on his life inspired him to help others achieve the same results. More than 12 years later, he’s still passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident while improving their quality of life.

To those starting their fitness journey, Aiden’s advice is to just get started. Every successful journey begins with a realistic plan tailored to your lifestyle, goals and fitness level. Stay consistent, trust the process and focus on building sustainable habits that deliver lasting results.

Aiden’s training style is science-based, supportive and tailored to the individual. He combines evidence-based coaching with a calm, encouraging approach to help clients build confidence, move well and achieve their goals in a safe and enjoyable way – with plenty of laughs along the way.

Outside the gym, Aiden enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, following sports, listening to music and keeping up with current affairs.
