Sasha’s passion for health and fitness stemmed from her coaching children at a swimming club whilst at university. From this, Sasha realised how rewarding it can be to help people achieve their goals. She says the most important thing when kick-starting your fitness journey is to just start! There is no “getting ready to start”, or “I will when I have more time”. Sasha says to make yourself a priority, block out time for yourself and remember that results will come with consistency over time.
Sasha loves to train people by incorporating functional movements, body weight, and weights, as well as making the whole experience fun. She is a big believer in the correct form and getting your movements right to ensure that you are getting the most out of what you are doing.
Outside of the gym, you can find Sasha sprinting around playing touch rugby, or baking up.
