As a golfer, Paul fell in love with the journey of self-improvement and health to not only improve in his sport, but also for the positive impact it had on his mental health and overall well-being. Paul decided he wanted to become a personal trainer as he wanted to support others to find the same thing. As a trainer, Paul helps his clients improve their golf performance, and enjoys seeing them achieve their goals and become more confident in themselves.
To those who are just beginning their journey, Paul says you need to begin with the mindset that you are doing this for yourself and nobody else. Paul reminds us we are all worthy of feeling amazing.
