Jamie’s fitness journey started from a young age playing all kinds of team sports. Jamie has had a passion for fitness and keeping his body primed for anything, so he can tackle whatever life throws at him. As a trainer, he loves being able to share his passion with others and helping them make positive changes in their life. He says that nothing is more rewarding than hearing his clients say, “You have changed my life.” or “I never thought this would be possible when we first started”.
For those wanting to make a start on their own health and fitness journeys, Jamie says to remember that “nothing achieved without hard work”. He encourages his clients to trust the process and continue to callus the mind and body through hard work and dedication.
Jamie trains his clients based on their current stage of life, fitness levels and abilities through functional training methods, and by guiding them to build confidence in themselves and in their habits.
Outside the gym, Jamie enjoys spending his spare time at the golf course.
