“Take it one day at a time.”

Carla spent her childhood playing team sports and had a love for netball. Naturally, she joined her local gym to keep active in her off-season and fell in love. Carla loved the mental benefits she saw from her time at the gym and realised that it made her more resilient in her everyday life and day-to-day challenges became easier. Knowing the positive impact that health and fitness had on her own life inspired her to become a trainer. She wants to help give other people the confidence that fitness gave herself, and the incredible lifestyle that comes with it. Carla believes that health is the best medicine in the world, and she wants to help other people aww that too.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Carla reminds us that we are all capable of so much more than we think we are! She advises to take one day at a time. Carla said that “if you want something bad enough, you can get it. It will take hard work and dedication, but I believe in you.”

Carla’s training style is focused on her clients’ needs and providing personalised plans directed at achieving their goals. She likes to focus on strength based training using progressive overload technique and mindset around the gym and nutrition.

When not at the gym, you’ll find Carla going to the beach, going camping, and taking her dogs for a walk.
