Kaitlin has always had an interest in health and fitness from a young age, but she has now found her passion for weights and enjoys the journey just as much as the results. Kaitlin believes training has completely changed her outlook by improving not only her physical health but her mental health as well.
Kaitlin’s shift in confidence she experienced through training made her realise how much low self-esteem could hold you back, and helped her realise that she wanted to become a PT to help others.
For those new to fitness, Kaitlin says just start! No matter how big or small your effort is – whether it’s investing in a trainer or a walking around the block, it all adds up and gets easier over time. Consistency is key so as long as you’re showing up for yourself, the results will come naturally and you’ll fall in love with the journey!
Kaitlin’s training style mixes hypertrophy and strength training with cardio to help her clients smash their goals.
When she’s not busy in the gym, you’ll find Kaitlin hanging out with friends and family, walking her dog or listening to podcasts.
