Amanda has been a keen sports player all of her life but got into training just after high school at a local fitness centre. After working there casually, she realised being in that exciting environment around people that were all things health and fitness was where she was supposed to be.
She now enjoys the impact she can have on people’s lives by positively influencing them through exercise and nutrition, and helping people turn their lives around.
If you’re looking for some motivation to get started, Amanda says don’t wait for Monday to start smashing your goals!
Amanda has a holistic training approach, with a good balance of strength training to get good at the basics before progressing, as well at HIIT training.
When she’s not with her clients in the gym, she loves going for long walks listening to podcasts, going to the beach with her dog, and trying out new cafes.
