Passionate about health and nutrition and being a gym goer at the age of 14, Alex’s fitness journey set her on the path to becoming a personal trainer.
Alex’s advice for anyone starting out on their fitness journey is to do it for themselves! She believes that you just need to start somewhere, small or big.
Her training style is resistance-based training, with a focus on weight lifting and strength. She also likes including HIIT and conditioning in her clients’ workouts to get those endorphins pumping!
When Alex is not at the gym, you’ll find her at the beach with her dogs or having smashed avo for brunch with friends!
