Jason started focusing on improving his training for martial arts which ignited his passion for everything about personal training. He soon decided that he wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Jason is accommodating to individuals who, just like him, enjoy various areas of fitness. He uses a combination of strength training, targeted muscle building and mobility techniques to not only achieve body composition but also improve your functional capability.
No matter what your goals are, he’s here to help you achieve them with an individualised training plan and be supported along the journey. Outside of the gym, Jason gets involved with social sports, professional development and practising Falun Dafa.
