Michael had always wanted a career in the fitness industry, as he had always participated in a variety of sports such as; golf, karate, soccer and football.
He loved the feeling he got by training for these types of sports, which led him to a career in personal training.
His starting advice for those hoping to kick start their fitness journey is to find a gym and personal trainer you can feel comfortable with to help you achieve your goals.
