After beginning his own fitness journey and seeing his body transform, Billy realised that he could help other people also reach their goals. As a trainer, he loves being able to assist people to make a difference in their lives, no matter how big or small those changes may be.
The advice that Billy gives to those who are just beginning their fitness journey is to just take that first step. Whilst he admits that this may be the hardest step to take, he also acknowledges that it will only get easier, and you never know where your journey could lead.
Billy trains his clients with personalised plans to ensure that they get tailored plans to suit their goals. He aims to make his clients feel motivated, educated and inspired every day so that their day-to-day journey feels achievable.
Outside of the gym, Billy keeps fit with basketball, tennis, footy, and cricket. In his downtime, he also likes to play the keyboard, hit up the beach or enjoy a book.
