Jayden was always on the skinner side growing up, however, after high school, he began exercising at the gym and quickly fell in love with the positive and consistent aspect it played in his life, despite a busy schedule of completing multiple degrees, work, and other life changes.
Working out at the gym has remained a constant priority for Jayden. For anyone kickstarting their fitness journey, Jayden offers advice to find that goal and start working towards it. Don’t just wait for motivation to hit you, try everything until you find something you love and then that passion will snowball into bigger and better things.
Jayden’s training style focuses on strength training, adding more weight each week. He starts by encouraging clients to focus on a goal for each session and reach it, fuelled by a passion for helping people overcome the “scary exercises” and achieving things they never thought possible.
When he’s not helping people reach those fitness goals, Jayden can be found hanging out with friends, engaging in social sports, and occasionally “spending a bit too much time on the Xbox instead of studying”.
