“The beginning is always the hardest.”
Sam has played sport since he was young and has always been passionate about all forms of exercise. After graduating high school, Sam decided to further his education in the area by studying Exercise and Sports Science and becoming a trainer. His favourite part of his job is helping people become better athletes in their given sport and improving their overall health and fitness to better their quality of life.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Sam acknowledges that the hardest part is beginning. He suggests starting out with a stable routine to help reduce the barrier to your desired results.
Sam’s training style is focused on providing his clients with a positive and comfortable environment to exercise in and ensuring that each client has a program tailored to their needs.
When he has spare time, Sam loves spending time both playing and watching AFL, and going out on the boat.
