“Enjoy the process.”
As a shy kid, Gina never really enjoyed team sports growing up, so found a love for training at the gym where she could crank up her headphones and zone out. Gina always had a great appreciation for the way that exercise and good nutrition improved her health both physically and mentally. She now loves that she can connect with people by sharing her skills and knowledge to help them better their health and their lives.
For those new to fitness, Gina recommends finding what works for you, asking questions, and not doing exercises you don’t enjoy. HAVE FUN and enjoy the process, results don’t come overnight. Above all, be kind to yourself.
Gina’s training style revolves around educating her clients on proper technique and good form to help them reach their fullest potential in the gym. “I’ll be spotting you in the squat rack, teaching you how to deadlift, encouraging you to try those heavier dumbbells, and always grooving to the music in your rest breaks”.
Outside of the gym, Gina enjoys singing, playing instruments, renovating, hanging out with her hubby, camping, and baking.
