Cate first started training in the gym at 18 and instantly loved the feeling of getting stronger. Her own journey helped her build confidence, both physically and mentally, and inspired her to become a personal trainer. Knowing how much the gym changed her life, Cate’s passionate about helping others find that same strength and self-belief.
To those starting their fitness journey, Cate’s advice is simple: just start! Don’t worry about who’s watching – everyone’s too focused on themselves. The gym is a powerful way to boost both your mental and physical health.
Cate’s training style is all about pushing past mental barriers. She’ll chat your ear off while still pushing you to your limits – expect encouragement, grit, and a whole lot of personal growth.
Outside the gym, Cate loves hiking, playing field hockey, hitting the beach, listening to podcasts, and getting stuck into a good book.
