Erin got into fitness several years ago and quickly fell in love with training and learning about the science behind it. Her passion grew so much that she decided to study personal training. Through her own journey, she gained strength, improved her mental health, and developed a whole new mindset. Now, Erin loves helping others experience the same growth and enjoys seeing clients achieve goals they didn’t think were possible.
To those starting their fitness journey, Erin’s advice is to stay patient and consistent. Track your progress and focus on your own journey – don’t compare yourself to anyone else!
Erin’s training style is flexible and always tailored to each person. Some people need a push, others need more support – it all depends on what works best for the client.
Outside the gym, Erin loves to cook.
