“Remember to have fun!” 

Pierce’s fitness journey began through playing team sport. A rugby shoulder injury (A1 separation and torn labrum) became a turning point for him. After losing 63kg and transforming his life through rehab and hard work, Pierce became a personal trainer to help others achieve their own life-changing transformations. Seeing clients thrive is his greatest reward! 

His advice for starting a fitness journey? Master the basics, don’t overcomplicate things, and most importantly, have fun with it! 

Pierce’s training style focuses on understanding his clients’ unique needs and circumstances to create a personalized approach that helps them achieve and maintain the body of their dreams. 

Outside of the gym, you can find Pierce spending time with his family and friends, playing sport or surfing.
