Michael began training as a teenager and quickly developed a passion for fitness. His love for the gym and helping others naturally led him to become a personal trainer. What Michael loves most about being a PT is seeing people transform their lives and regain confidence through fitness.
To those beginning their fitness journey, Michael says stay consistent – with both your training and nutrition – and the results will come.
Michael’s training style focuses on one-on-one coaching.
Outside the gym, you’ll find Michael competing in bodybuilding, snapping shots with his camera, or relaxing at the beach.

It’s always changing! At the moment it’s probably bench press.

I’d be a seal because lying on the beach all day sounds good to me!
