Years ago, Nishi lost 30kg while recovering from a meniscus tear, working with several trainers along the way. Through that journey, she developed a passion for fitness and self-improvement, ultimately overcoming her injury and achieving a strong, toned physique. Now, she loves using her experience as a PT to help others transform their lives. 

Nishi’s best advice? Stick to the 3 Cs – clarity, commitment, and consistency. Focusing on these will set the foundation for long-term success! 

Nishi’s training style is tailored to each client’s individual goals, ensuring they see progress in a way that works for them. 

Outside of the gym, Nishi enjoys singing and running.
