Growing up, Daniel always loved sport and had a passion for fitness. When he began training at the gym, he wasn’t sure on what exactly to do, and would just rock up and do whatever felt good and looked ‘cool’. His lack of knowledge drove him to further education, and inspired him to help others who may be in the same position. As a trainer, Daniel loves being able to share his knowledge with those who may be feeling a bit lost and being a positive influence on those around him.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Daniel says it’s super important to find someone who knows what they are doing, as it’s ‘easier when you have that guidance and support from others’.

 

Daniel’s training style is individualised for each of his clients but focuses on functional fitness and hypertrophy.

 

Daniel is a child at heart, so when you can’t find him at the gym, he will be building Lego, or watching the footy!
