Riley Chua’s journey into fitness began after high school when he stopped playing sport and found himself severely overweight. Hitting a breaking point, he decided to take back control of his health and kickstarted his own transformation: a decision that sparked a lifelong passion for fitness.
After completing his personal weight loss journey, Riley was inspired to help others feel the same sense of confidence and strength that training gave him. Now a qualified PT, Riley finds the most rewarding part of the job is seeing his clients smash their goals and realise what they’re capable of.
For those just getting started, Riley says the best thing you can do is be consistent. Even the smallest steps add up over time and if you keep showing up, the results will come.
Riley’s training style is results-driven and personal. He focuses on smart programming, proper form, and tailored sessions based on individual goals. He also brings motivation and accountability to every session, creating a supportive space where clients feel strong, capable and empowered.
Outside the gym, Riley is a basketball fanatic. Whether he’s playing, watching or coaching. He’s also into footy, travelling, cooking, trying new foods and all things fashion.
