“Goals will keep you going.”

Christina began taking gym classes as a teenager whilst looking to keep fit but began to gradually shift into weightlifting and body composition after seeing the positive effects both physically and mentally. Christina says that her fitness journey has led her to become ‘stronger, happier, and healthier’. She wanted to spread these feelings to others by training them and assisting them to achieve their goals. Whether Christina is working with her client to improve their overall health, rehabilitate an injury, or compete in a bodybuilding competition, her favourite part of being a trainer is seeing a positive change in someone’s life.

For those new to fitness, Christina says to set goals, create a healthy routine, and plan ahead. In doing so you will become more organised which will give you the room to implement your new routine.

Christina focuses on the individual’s goal and creating a training program that works specifically for them. She does love to ensure her clients are working on a progressive overload, to challenge their body, and allow their musculoskeletal system to get stronger.

Outside the gym, Christina still loves to stay active, whether that be going for beach walks with her dog, or trying out other sports such as sprinting, stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, and squash.
