Matthew has played every sport under the sun. For him, fitness isn’t just about physically feeling and looking good, but the positive mentality and empowerment that comes from working towards and achieving goals. He strives to make you feel good in your own skin and to keep improving, all while having fun.
For those just starting their fitness journey, Matt advises that change doesn’t happen overnight; rather than expecting to go from couch potato to marathon runner or bodybuilder in a short amount of time, the key to success is starting slow and training smart.
Matt enjoys hiking and water sports. He is also an active volunteer at many different organisations which help children in need.
