“Know your ‘why’!”
Eddie’s fitness journey began after struggling with negative body image and self-confidence. Determined to change how he looked and felt, he committed to improving his health and fitness – and it paid off. That transformation inspired Eddie to become a personal trainer, wanting to support others who might not yet have the confidence to start their own journey.
To those beginning their fitness journey, Eddie says to ask yourself “Why do you want this?” If you really want to make a change, your ‘why’ has to mean something.
Eddie’s training style is adaptable, effective, and educational. He believes in explaining the “why” behind every movement, so clients not only see results but gain lasting confidence and knowledge.
Outside the gym, you’ll find Eddie camping, travelling, or getting creative with content.
