Ashlyn’s fitness journey began with netball and basketball before she found her groove in the gym. Her passion for improving her own health inspired her to become a PT, and now she loves helping clients reach their goals and seeing the progress they make along the way. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Ashlyn says it’s time to turn your “one day” into “day one.” 

Ashyln’s training style focuses on strength, muscle gain, and weight loss, with a fun and supportive approach tailored to each client’s goals. 

Outside the gym, you’ll find Ashlyn on the netball court, at the beach or camping.
