Game On, Happy Valley

Rylee’s journey into fitness began through sport, where she developed a love for coaching and helping others improve. This early experience inspired her to become a PT, and after taking time away from sport, her passion evolved into helping everyday people build confidence in the gym. She now loves guiding clients to feel stronger, more capable, and more comfortable in their training.

To those beginning their fitness journey, Rylee’s advice is to make today “Day 1” and just get started. Focus on building consistency, learning along the way, and finding a routine that fits your lifestyle.

Rylee’s training style is focused on building confidence, independence, and long-term skills. She helps clients understand what they’re doing and why, so they’re not reliant on her and can train confidently on their own with the right tools and knowledge.

Outside of the gym, Rylee enjoys solo time with her headphones in, unwinding with good music, finding new food spots, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd.
