“Focus on building habits, not chasing quick results!”
Crystal first got into fitness through playing a variety of sports growing up and still plays senior footy today. Training gave her confidence in her body and improved both her physical and mental health. Over time, it became more than just sport – it turned into a daily discipline and an outlet to relieve stress, build resilience, and test her limits. After seeing how fitness transformed her mindset and confidence, Crystal knew she wanted to help others feel that same strength and sense of achievement.
To those starting their fitness journey, Crystal’s advice is to be patient. Don’t stress about where others are at – everyone starts somewhere. Focus on building habits, not chasing fast results, and make sure to prioritise form, rest, and consistency. The progress will come, just enjoy the process.
Crystal’s training style is all about structure and support – whether in person or online, she tailors each plan to help her clients build strength, push their limits, and feel confident.
Outside the gym, Crystal loves playing footy, catching up with friends and family, and going on walks.
