Lachy’s journey into fitness began with a competitive background in athletics and football. After being forced to retire due to injury, he set out to rediscover strength, movement, and resilience in a new way. That passion led Lachy to become a PT, where he now helps others transform both physically and mentally – a role he feels lucky to have.
To those beginning their fitness journey, Lachy’s advice is simple: stay curious about your potential. Becoming your best self is the most powerful gift you can give yourself and those around you.
Lachy’s training style is holistic and adaptable. Whether it’s 1:1, small groups or online coaching, he tailors programs to suit his clients’ goals, time, and energy. He uses the gym to teach a broader skill set – like resilience, patience, and self-belief – that carries over into everyday life.
Outside the gym, you can find Lachy coaching junior elite athletics, spending time with his family, cooking, or being a bit too competitive in board games.

ONE? Not happening! Either pull-ups, squats, handstands or clean & jerk.
What’s your favourite meal?
Any variation of Thai curry and coconut rice is the way to my heart.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
I’ve been designated a turtle as my spirit animal multiple times throughout life, so these days I just embrace it.
