“Set small, realistic goals!”
Ollie started out as a skinny, gym-obsessed kid with one goal – to build muscle and strength. His fascination with the human body and how training influences the way we look, feel and perform made becoming a PT a no-brainer. Coaching others on their own strength and health journey is what Ollie loves most – especially getting to know clients and helping them reach their full potential.
To those starting their fitness journey, Ollie’s advice is simple: do it! His top tips are start small, set realistic goals and focus on consistency over perfection.
Ollie’s training style is holistic and goal-driven. He combines smart programming, habit-building, and continual progression to help clients look, feel, and perform at their best – inside and out.
Outside the gym, Ollie’s a die-hard Crows fan, loves a Sunday run or a good BBQ, and spends his downtime walking with a podcast, watching footy, travelling, and hanging out with his partner Mira and mates (ideally with a Stone & Wood in hand).

It would have to be a big dog. Eat, sleep, rinse and repeat sounds pretty good to me. And the occasional cuddles!
