“It is never too late to get started!” 

Judd grew up playing a lot of sport and was always active. He joined a gym in high school and quickly got hooked – now he loves all types of training. Becoming a PT gave him the chance to work in an industry he’s passionate about and spend more time in the gym. The best part for Judd is helping clients smash goals they never thought possible and watching them gain confidence along the way. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Judd’s advice is simple: it’s never too late to start. The first step is the hardest, but once you commit, every step gets a little easier! 

His training style takes a client-first approach, tailoring sessions based on goals, past injuries, and fitness levels. He blends strength, power, hypertrophy, conditioning, and a bit of everything – a hybrid style that keeps it effective and fun. 

Outside the gym, Judd enjoys basketball, video games, trying new food, and cheering on Collingwood.
