Olivia shifted her mindset on exercise from negative to positive after she began working out so that she could feel strong and capable. After falling in love with training and the positive effect it had on her mental health, Olivia felt the desire to help others and also create a positive relationship with the gym. She finds that watching her clients learn, grow, and succeed in their goals is the most rewarding part of being a trainer.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Olivia advises to just get started! She says that moving your body in any way you enjoy is the perfect place to begin, followed by finding the ‘why’ behind your goals to motivate you to continue.
Olivia tailors her training to suit each of her client’s needs and goals, however, loves to prioritise strength, flexibility and mobility.
Outside of the gym, Olivia enjoys exploring new places and cooking up a storm.
