“Stop looking at fitness as a short-term journey!” 

Declan first got into fitness to better himself both physically and mentally. His own transformation sparked a passion for coaching – he had a PT who helped him build confidence, and now he wants to do the same for others. What Declan loves most about being a PT is seeing how fitness improves people’s lives well beyond the gym. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Declan’s advice is to stop looking at fitness as a short-term journey. It’s a long-term process, and once you embrace that, staying consistent becomes a lot easier. 

Declan’s training style focuses on fat loss, muscle building, and daily activity. He leads by example and believes weight training should be part of everyone’s routine. 

When he’s not training, you’ll find Declan reading, learning through podcasts, catching up with mates, or watching movies – especially anything with a Hans Zimmer soundtrack.
