Courtney’s passion for fitness started at a young age as an elite gymnast, competing from just 8 years old. Her love for movement and performance eventually led her to study Exercise and Sport Science, where a placement during her degree confirmed that helping others through fitness was the career she wanted to pursue. What she loves most about being a PT is building relationships with clients and seeing their confidence, strength, and ability improve week after week.
To those starting their fitness journey, Courtney’s advice is to start where you are and take it one step at a time. You don’t need to be fit to begin, you just need to begin. Small, consistent actions create lasting results.
Courtney’s training style is supportive, encouraging, and tailored to the individual. She focuses on building confidence, sustainable habits, and helping clients get stronger without feeling overwhelmed.
Outside the gym, Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

A: I can still do a standing backflip.

A: My favourite gym exercise would be RDLs.
Q: If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A: A squirrel, I am constantly busy but occasionally will forget what I was doing.
