Annaliese got into fitness through sport, growing up doing everything from athletics and swimming to dancing and netball, before falling in love with cheerleading. She started training in the gym at 15 and never looked back, enjoying the process of getting stronger and seeing how much it improved her performance as an elite cheerleader. After experiencing how the gym helped her build confidence during a difficult time in her teenage years, she discovered a passion for helping others. She loves seeing people grow, believe in themselves and gain confidence both physically and mentally.
To those starting their fitness journey, Annaliese’s advice is to just start now. No one is judging you for wanting to improve yourself. Be patient, trust the process and you’ll soon start noticing progress in your everyday life.
Annaliese’s training style is all about fun vibes, encouragement and motivation, especially on the tough days. She wants every client to feel comfortable, supported and never alone while working towards their goals.
Outside the gym, Annaliese enjoys coastal walks with friends, travelling and practicing new tricks and flips at cheerleading.
