“Keep showing up.”
As a child and teenager that struggled with his weight, Martin finds joy in helping other people achieve these goals, and being able to witness the positive impact this has on their everyday life. Being a trainer allows Martin to share his passion for training, and help people become better versions of themselves.
The biggest piece of advice that Martin can offer is to simply start, and then keep showing up. In doing so you are creating new habits that will then lead you to new results.
Martin matches his training style to suit each individual clients needs. When coaching, he finds the best exercises that match his clients goals, but also exercises they enjoy to do so that they can achieve their goals and also enjoy it along the way.
Outside of the gym, Martin enjoys staying fit with a range of sport, however, loves competing in Jiujitsu!
