Emma’s journey into fitness began at 15, growing up playing sport and always enjoying movement. Over time, training became more than just physical, it became something she could rely on while navigating her own health challenges. That experience shaped her approach to fitness and inspired her to become a PT, with a focus on helping people train in a way that actually works for their bodies. What she loves most is helping clients build confidence and realise they’re capable of more than they think.

To those starting their fitness journey, Emma’s advice is to start simple and focus on consistency over perfection. You don’t need the perfect plan, just the willingness to show up and build habits that last.

Emma’s training style is supportive, realistic, and tailored to the individual, focusing on strength, confidence, and sustainable progress over quick fixes.

Outside the gym, Emma enjoys painting, getting outdoors, hiking, and trail riding.

Q: What’s your hidden talent?
A: I’m actually pretty creative, painting is something I really enjoy when I have the time.

Q: What’s your favourite gym exercise?
A: Rear delt fly 100%.

Q: If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A: A turtle… they just seem so calm and relaxed all the time hahaha.
