Nikita first got into fitness after joining a group fitness class and discovering her love of moving her body. As a trainer, Nikita loves being able to help others gain confidence within the gym, and within themselves.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Nikita emphasises the importance of consistency over perfection when training. For those unsure where to begin, she recommends creating a sustainable routine that you can be consistent within.

Nikita’s training style focuses on weight training, as it helps her clients build up confidence and the belief that they can accomplish anything they set their mind to. She also loves coaching an intense HIIT session to get that sweat on.

When not at the gym, you’ll find Nikita taking a dance class or in the kitchen baking some yummy treats.
